Irene Shtock was excellent to work with. She deserves 5 stars, the only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that I hate buying a car. Irene made the experience a lot better. Thanks!

Rod Heskee and Giles Bibic were both exceptional to work with. They are knowledgable about the car but more importantly they are both very personable. They made me feel at ease, and helped me drive away with a brand new Fiat 500.

loved how she worked with me and my "honey"( That's how I call my car now), I loved the car. The car was somewhere in MD, Irene had to drive 2 hours to get me what I wanted. And that was all before the storm. Very impressive!!!! The managers were really nice and very responsible. I loved the service. I advise to people to get Fiat500C because it is the best car ever!!!!Even staying in traffic is now pleasure for me:) JANE

We went in on a Sunday, and were greeted within seconds of entering the dealership. The entire building was very clean and inviting. Our salesperson was new but very friendly and eager to help. In time, his product knowledge will improve, but he is already very knowledgeable. We had a fantastic experience and I am now hooked on Fiat as a company.

loved the experience from start to finish, no pressure on any of the visits and the sales person was extremely helpful with additional questions I had regarding the options, highly recommend this dealership as well as the finance manager{jackie wells}. there was a great welcome from the start and enjoyed getting to know all of the staff {giles & tony}, already looking forward to another fiat purchase. the response that im getting while on the road from others is incredible, some many are giving me a thumbs up as well as stopping me to ask what im driving, where did i get it to its cuter than a prius or smart car, love the possitive feed back alone and the driving experience is even better, just cant say enough great things that i like about this car, love love love it, smart small and great on gas, the blue & me feature is great plus the built-in tom-tom gp is absolutely A+ criswell did a great job of making me feel like a part of a new family and to think this all started by seeing a tc commercial just days before my first visit and it looks like ill be pirchasing another soon for my son, thanks criswell.

First off I just want to say WOW. I LOVE my Fiat 500. She's red and delicious and spectacular in every way. In fact, she's even better than I ever imagined she would be. I picked her up just a few days ago from the Criswell Fiat of Gaithersberg, MD. This dealership is not only the best dealership I have ever worked with, I would also consider them "friends". I live in upstate NY and found out about them by receiving an email from their salesman Alan Hanel. Alan contacted me and asked what my "wish list" was for Fiat. I told him. He responded...and told me it was in fact possible for me to have everything I wished for. Over the next few weeks, Alan made sure to contact me daily...giving me updates about my car and when I would be able to pick her up. He created a "travel log" and updated me as to where she was...I never experienced this kind of service from anyone before. Hospitality at it's finest. Buying a car here was not only stress free, but fun and exciting. I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish...and now I have not only a Fiat 500...but one of the most best Fiat's around. I think so anyway...I named her Mi Amor. "My Love" in Italian...and I plan on showing her off everywhere I go. I even plan on leaving the "Criswell Fiat of Gaithersberg" license plate frames on my car, simply because I am proud to have purchased my car there. I'm certain there are not many "salesmen" like Alan anywhere. He's a true asset to Fiat...I must also not forget to mention the other kind individuals that work here...At time of delivery, the Fiat team catered to our every need, they picked us up in the rain, fed us pizza and filmed our purchase as a keepsake. Needless to say...I will never forget the day I purchased my Fiat 500...(despite the torrential down pour) it was a nearly perfect day...and well worth the wait and the distance to get her.
